The Negros Island Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development Foundation, Inc. (NISARD Foundation) is a Philippine non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, and inclusive rural development.

Mission
To make Negros Island the organic food island of Southeast Asia through organic food production for the promotion of sustainable organic agriculture while preserving the rich biodiversity and ecology of the land and sea, and assisting in the conservation of the critically endangered species of flora and fauna that are indigenous to the Island and the Region.
